200th Anniversary – Building Our Faith

Madison Presbyterian Church is planning a number of ways to mark 200 years of ministry and mission.  You will be hearing more about each of these in the weeks ahead, but be sure and mark your calendar for:

Capital Campaign – On Sunday, November 2, the 200th Committee will present plans for some much needed building renovations and a way to support this effort through special gifts.  These repairs include restoring our stained glass windows, replacing old wiring and painting the exterior of the church.

200th Kick-Off – Sunday, November 23 – On this day, we will commit both our pledges to the annual budget as well as our gifts to the special capital campaign.  On this day, we also will sing a special hymn written for our 200th year.

Sunday, February 22, 2015  – An event honoring the history and tradition of the Washington Tea.

Pastor Scott Hookey and the congregation of the Madison Presbyterian Church

invite you to join us in a celebration of our 200 th anniversary.

There will be familiar hymns for everyone to sing.

Afterwards, patriotic desserts will be served in fellowship hall.
